Description

Blackberry Inferno starts with Blackberries, cold press Granny Smith Apples, and Serrano Peppers. You instantly get a burst of sweet and tart blackberries, but not overly sweet, as it mixes with these nice chunks of serrano peppers to give off a perfect balance of sweet, earthy, and savory flavors. Try on shrimp tacos, pulled pork, chicken wings or even add it to your homemade sausage! Find your own favorite combo and use hashtag #TorchSauce!

Find it here: www.torchsauce.com Title: Blackberry Inferno Company: Torch Sauce LLC Ingredients: Blackberries, Granny Smith Apple Juice, Serrano Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Black Pepper, Scorpion Peppers. Smell: A medium level aroma as you get a strong scent of blackberries in the forefront that give off that fresh and juicy aroma, while the Granny smith apple juice mixes in well, to some tart/sour sweetness mixed into the sauce, as well as the apple cider vinegar to give some zing. The Serrano peppers come into play shortly after, as you get that earthy fresh pepper-forward aroma, while the black pepper and scorpion peppers come into play in the background giving a savory and light sweetness to the addition. Pour: A very thick sauce, with a medium level of chunks, as the sauce slides out of the bottle, but is extremely thick, as you can see the beautiful blackberry color, and the chunks of fruit and peppers. Taste: Initially, I was worried that this sauce was going to be too sweet for my liking, but its actually a very beautiful and clean sauce. You instantly get a burst of sweet and tart blackberries, but not overly sweet, as it mixes with these nice chunks of serrano peppers to give off a perfect balance of sweet, earthy, and savory flavors. The granny smith apple juice and apple cider vinegar help add a level of tartness to the sauce, while the black pepper helps add more savory tastes to the tongue. The scorpion pepper is very little noticed, and only helps add a touch of sweet heat. This sauce would be delicious on sausage, chicken, and pork, or even as a salad dressing. Easy 9/10 on flavor for me. Heat: Even though this sauce has a load of serrano’s and a touch of scorpions, this sauce is a lower-medium level heat, as the blackberries and apples cut a good amount of heat. I would give this sauce a 4/10 on heat. #hotsauce #hotsauces #hotsauceinmybag #hotsaucelover #hotsauceaddict #hotsauceoneverything #chilihead #chiliheads #chilisauce #peppersauce #pepperhead #spicysauce #spicyspicy #spicyfood #hotones #blackberrysauce #serrano #serranopeppers #grannysmith #torch #hotsaucereview #pulledpork #chickenwings
