Delivery

All orders shipped via USPS or FedEx with tracking numbers.
Cost is determined by the destination zip code and weight of the package.

Returns

If your product arrived damaged or is the incorrect item, please let us know right away, so that we can get you another bottle. Fast! If you’re anything like us at Torch Sauce, a day without hot sauce is a day I don’t want to ever experience!

You may return your product for any reason at any time except for your bottle being empty. There is discoloration (oxidation) that happens to natural products over time. Please keep your sauce refrigerated if you do not plan to use it very fast.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Please email customerservice@torchsauce.com with your issue and we will gladly send you a postage paid label to return your product. Shipping and handling fees for original purchase are non-refundable.

All sale items are final purchases.
